Scenic trail along ridges with Himalayan views Possible sightings of Thamserku and Ama Dablam Visit famous Tengboche Monastery Overnight in Tengboche (3,860 m)

Descend through forests, then gradual climb Cross Imja River valley Enter alpine zone with fewer trees Reach Dingboche (4,410 m)

Hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukhung Ri Essential for altitude adaptation Rest and hydrate
